這裡是紐約一家趨勢公司介紹的下一世代工作。

1. DIGITAL DEATH MANAGER / 數位死亡經理

“Life-logging” will be a way of life. Someone can take the mass of life-logged material, and make stories out of it. That could be useful during our lives (for personal-brand purposes) but also in death. Today, it happens only with important people. We’re imagining this is going to ladder down to other people who want to shape what their legacy means.

“生命日誌”指的是現在一個人可以取得大量生活裡記錄下的資料，從中創造出故事。人在世時可以這麼推廣個人品牌，但其實死後也是如此。目前這個方式只用在收集重要人士的生平，但我們認為接下來，一般人也可以這麼進行，保存前人的遺產。

The concept of education as a four-year box-ticking exercise will be over. The future will be more (A)diverse. People will plug in a year of education here and there, a month(1)now and again, and un-schooling counselors will guide them the whole way. “We’re seeing the evolution of the traditional counselor to someone who can (2)hack your lifetogether so it’s unique.”

3. 3-D PRINTING (3)HANDYMAN /?3D列印技師

Today when your handyman fixes something, he usually has to order a spare part from China. One day, he might print it right in your yard. Say you need to replace the pipe under your sink. Why wait for the whole thing to come in from out of the country, when it can be done there and then? We already have 3-D printed shower-heads, after all.

現在技師維修東西，可能需要從中國訂購某個零件。未來的某一天，他可能直接在你家後院就把零件列印出來。假設要換的水管，可以直接現場製作，何必等東西從國外進來? 畢竟我們也已經有3D列印的蓮蓬頭了。

4. CORPORATE DISORGANIZER / 公司組織脫序專家

Big companies want to be more like startups, seeing innovation as (B) vital to future profits. They’ll want “corporate disorganizers” who can introduce a little “organized chaos.” “The disruptor will be tapping into the new systems of the collaborative economy, creating greater fragmentation and a more distributed ecosystem.”

大公司往往想有新創公司的氣氛，視創新為未來獲利所不可或缺的部分。他們會需要”公司組織脫序專家”，帶入一些”有秩序的混亂”。這個脫序專家能在合作經濟中創造新的系統，一種比較好的分裂狀態，也會是比較分散的生態系統。

5. DIGITAL DETOX SPECIALIST /?數位博客來書店排毒專家

The digital “? overload” will become even more overwhelming. That will open the way for people who can help us lead less data-centric lives, or at least find a better balance. In some cases, they will even organize digital rehabs. It’s going to get that bad (actually, it already is).

With cities getting greener, we’ll need “urban shepherds” to look after the new infrastructure. “You need someone who is going to take care of the urban beehives, who’s going to make sure your composting is set up correctly, and who is going to know how to curate all the vertical gardens,” Young says.
